A bright and upbeat blend to help support a positive mood. Great for balancing and shifting perspective.

Key Ingredients:

  • Lemon Citrus limonum: To support positive thinking.
  • Lime Citrus aurantifolia: To restore humour, enliven and uplift.
  • Bergamot Citrus auranthium var. bergamia: To support balance during crisis.
  • Petitgrain Bigarade Citrus auranthium aur.: To create a happy mood and aid relaxation.

Ingredients: Grapefruit*, Rosemary Cineol*, Petitgrain Bigarade*, Lemon*, Bergamot*, Lime*. (*Certified organic).

Enhance relaxation and good humor:

Add 5-10 drops to a diffuser.

Add 5-10 drops to ½ cup of (any) milk and add to running bath water.

Add 1 drop to pulse points. Repeat as required.

This oil blend is safe if applied as directed.

Safe to use with other medication when necessary.

If accidentally ingested do not induce vomiting, follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health specialist.

Avoid contact with eyes - flush with water.
