A gently relaxing blend to help in times of tension and pressure. Promotes sustained energy, calm focus and relaxation.

Key Ingredients:

  • Bergamot Citrus auranthium var. bergamia: To support change and build confidence.
  • Sandalwood Australian Santalum spicatum: To relax the overactive mind.
  • Lavender Sweet Lavandula hybrida super: To gently relax.
  • Lemon Citrus limonum: To inspire positive thinking.

Ingredients: Lemon*, Lavender Sweet*, Bergamot*, Cedarwood Atlas*, Amyris (wild), Sandalwood Australian. (*Certified organic).

Enhance calm and focus:

Add 8-10 drops to a diffuser.

Add 8-10 drops in a bath.

Place 1 drop onto pulse points and/or nape of neck (NB: not suitable for sensitive skin).

Add 5 drops in 1 tsp carrier oil for massage.

This oil blend is safe if applied as directed.

Safe to use with other medication when necessary.

If accidentally ingested do not induce vomiting, follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health specialist.

Avoid contact with eyes - flush with water.
