A cool and refreshing plant distillation to support relief of body and head tension. Particularly useful in alleviating nausea.
Peppermint is a herbaceous perennial plant that can grow to be up to 90 cm tall and prefers moist, shady conditions. Indigenous to Europe and the Middle East, this herb is now cultivated in many parts of the world. It is used widely as a culinary herb and is a very popular flavour in teas, sweets and toothpaste as well as a refreshing addition to skincare products. Peppermint is found to be very effective support for head tension, congestion, digestive health and muscle tension.

Ingredients: 100% pure Mentha piperita, distilled leaf.
Key component: Menthol, Menthone, 1,8-Cineol, Menthyl acetate, Isomenthone, Neomenthol.
Headaches: Rub 1-2 drops on the temples (away from eyes) and back of the neck as soon as possible. Also good for hangover headaches.
Travel sickness: Rub 1-2 drops directly onto the solar plexus or add 1 drop to the tongue. Repeat as required.
Congestion: Add 2-5 drops to a steam inhalation and breathe deeply. Repeat every two hours or as required.
Backache: Add 3-5 drops directly to the affected area. Repeat as required.
Allergies - Congestion (Adults):
Add 1 drop each of Lavender Spike, Eucalyptus Australiana, Peppermint, Thyme Thymol, and Immortella to a bowl of hot water. Create a tent with a towel over your head and inhale the vapours. Repeat up to three times a day.
Mix 1 drop with 1/8tsp of active honey, place it in the mouth and let it slowly dissolve. Repeat as needed.
May be irritating to the skin.
Not recommended during pregnancy (Spearmint is a safe alternative).
Safe to use with other medication when necessary.
If accidentally ingested do not induce vomiting, follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health specialist.
Avoid contact with eyes - flush with water.
Keep out of reach of children.
