A warm and energising blend to support natural muscle recovery after exercise. It promotes good circulation, relaxation and deep tissue nutrition. 

Key Ingredients:

  • Wintergreen Gaultheria fragrantissima: To support warmth and circulation.
  • Cypress Cupressus sempervirens: To support circulation and boost energy.
  • Lemongrass Cymbopogon citratus: Supports circulation to muscle tissue.

Ingredients: Lavender Sweet*, Spearmint*, Eucalyptus Australiana*, Cedarwood Atlas*, Cypress*, Lemongrass*, Rosemary Cineol*, Wintergreen* (*Certified organic) .

Aches and pains:

Add 10 drops to a hot bath. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.

Mix 10 drops into 1 tsp Untouched Body cream/oil and rub gently into the affected area. Repeat as required.

Muscle relief and warm down:

Add 10 drops to a hot bath. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.

Mix 10 drops into 1 tsp Untouched Body cream/oil and rub gently into the affected area. Repeat as required.

Energizing - circulation boost:

Add 10 drops to a hot bath. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.

Mix 10 drops into 1 tsp Untouched Body cream/oil and rub gently into the affected area. Repeat as required.

This oil blend is safe if applied as directed.

Safe to use with other medication when necessary.

If accidentally ingested do not induce vomiting, follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health specialist.

Avoid contact with eyes - flush with water. NOT designed for use with infants or during pregnancy.
