Multivitamin One MF contains many essential daily nutrients in methyl-free forms, delivered in a well-absorbed, one-a-day capsule.

This streamlined formula is perfect for those who prefer a once-daily, methyl-free multivitamin/multimineral supplement. It contains no vitamin C, magnesium, calcium, or iron to allow customization of these individual nutrients.

Some people experience nervousness, headaches, or rapid heartbeat from methylated nutrients. Yet, most high-quality multivitamins on the market contain methylcobalamin and methylfolate. Moreover, these active forms of vitamin B12 and folate forms are required for methylation, DNA expression, and overall health and wellness.

Multivitamin One MF is formulated to be free of methylated nutrients. Instead, you’ll find folate as folinic acid (calcium folinate). B12 is provided as hydroxocobalamin and adenosylcobalamin. These methyl-free forms are readily converted into the active, methylated forms in the body. This slower delivery may provide comfort for those sensitive to methylated nutrients.
