Methyl B12 5000 (formerly Active B12 5000) provides a potent dose of bioavailable vitamin B12 in a delicious, well-absorbed lozenge. Each serving contains a 5,000 mcg mixture of methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin.*

Other Ingredients: Xylitol, ascorbyl palmitate, silica, and natural flavors.

Initial use for the first week, take ½ lozenge by mouth, let dissolve slowly, then swallow.

If needing more support, increase to 1 full lozenge. Take as needed.
