Key Ingredients:

  • Marjoram French Origanum marjorana: Comforting and supports a quiet mind.
  • Lavender True Lavandula angus. Maillette: To calm and soothe and support relaxation.
  • Chamomile Roman Anthemis nobilis: Supports deep relaxation.
  • Mandarin Citrus reticulata: To invigorate and inspire.

Ingredients: Orange Sweet*, Lavender Sweet*, Lavender True*, Ylang Ylang*, Marjoram French*, Mandarin*, Chamomile Roman* (*Certified organic) .

Insomnia:

Add 10 drops to a diffuser for 10 minutes, replenish as required.

Apply 1-2 drops to wrists and back of neck.

Add 10 drops and mix into bath water. Healing baths should not exceed 15 minutes.

Blend 10 drops into 1/2 tsp of Untouched Body Cream and massage gently into neck and back prior to sleep.

Restful sleep and sweet dreams:

Apply 3-5 drops to feet before bed.

Add 10 drops to a diffuser for 10 minutes, replenish as required.

This oil blend is safe if applied as directed.

Safe to use with other medication when necessary.

If accidentally ingested do not induce vomiting, follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health specialist.

Avoid contact with eyes - flush with water. NOT designed for use with infants or during pregnancy.

Keep out of reach of children.
