  • Lime Citrus aurantifolia: To inspire action.
  • Juniper Berry Juniperus communis: To fortify the mind and clear confusion.
  • Fir Balsam Abies balsamea: Support a happy mindset.
  • Rosemary Cineol Rosmarinus officinalis cineol: To fortify resolve and lift mental fatigue.

Ingredients: Rosemary Cineol*, Pine Scotch*, Bergamot*, Cedarwood Atlas*, Eucalyptus Australiana*, Lemon*, Fir Balsam*, Juniper Berry*, Lime* (*Certified organic).

Enhance clear and confident thinking:

Add 5-10 drops to a diffuser, leave for 10 minutes then replenish regularly.

Place 3 drops on your collar or pulse points in the morning.

Add 10 drops to ½ cup of (any) milk then add to running bath water.

Add 5 drops to a wet face cloth and rub all over your body after showering. Towel dry if required.

This oil blend is safe if applied as directed.

Safe to use with other medication when necessary.

If accidentally ingested do not induce vomiting, follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health specialist.

Avoid contact with eyes - flush with water.
