Chasteberry is an herbal supplement formulated to provide support for estrogen balance via increased Progesterone, menstrual regularity and menstrual discomfort. Chasteberry contains Chasteberry fruit extract, an ingredient that has been studied thoroughly for the support of gynecological problems, such as menstrual irregularity and hypermenorrhea.

Other Ingredients: Purified Water, Glycerin, Natural Flavors, Citric Acid, Silicon Dioxide, Potassium Sorbate.

Place one full dropper (1ml) under the tongue mornings, and repeat evenings.

Hold each dose for 2 minutes then swallow.

With more intense symptoms, may do up to 4 equally spaced 1ml doses per day.
