Key Ingredients:

  • Lemon Citrus limonum: To liven mood and inspire positive thinking.
  • Frankincense Boswellia carterii: To release subconscious stress, lift the spirits and calm the mind.
  • May Chang Litsea cubeba: To promote natural vitality and refresh the body and mind.
  • Tonka Bean Dipteryx odorata: To gently lift the spirits and promote calm.

Ingredients: Lemon*, Cedarwood Atlas*, Clary Sage*, May Chang*, Frankincense (wild), Tonka Bean* (*Certified organic).

Enhance mood:

Add 10 drops to a diffuser for 20 minutes, repeat every 2-3 hours.

Add 3 drops to tissue or clothes, replenish every 2-3 hours.

Smudge on wrists and back of neck (NB: not for sensitive skin).

This oil blend is safe if applied as directed.

Safe to use with other medication when necessary.
